Returns & Exchanges - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. All our products are custom made products and thus items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Payment - We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Yawn Studio ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Force Majeure - In case of Force Majeure, Yawn Studios obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and Yawn Studio can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Yawn Studio. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.Yawn Studio will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Trademark - Our trade marks include (amongst others) the Yawn Studio name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trade marks.
